Rooted in Community
Hi, I’m Nathan.
Arvada is my home.
I’ve called Arvada home for over 20 years. It’s where my wife Kimberly and I chose to build our lives, where we raised our son, and where I’ve dedicated my personal and professional efforts to strengthening our community.
My journey to Arvada started with a cross-country train trip in search of the right place to pursue an Environmental Law degree. That journey ended here—not just because it was a great place to live during law school, but because it quickly became clear that Arvada was the kind of place we wanted to call home for the long haul.
Since then, I’ve worked hard to make a meaningful impact locally. Whether it was founding the Arvada and Westminster Farmers Markets, starting sustainable food-tech businesses, or running a small farm with bees, vegetables, and animals—I’ve always believed in the power of local solutions to create a stronger, more resilient Arvada. I’ve also maintained a legal practice focused on community and sustainability, and served on local boards and in neighborhood conversations where decisions are made.
Arvada has given me so much: a place to grow a family, to build businesses, and to be part of a community that cares. Now I’m running for City Council in District 3 because I want to give back—and help ensure that Arvada continues to be a place where people feel welcome, supported, and excited about the future.
Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me. I’d be honored to earn your support.
